In this solo episode, I’m doing a deep dive (pun fully intended) into the concept of deep work and how it can radically shift the results — both personally and professionally — that you’re producing in your life.
At its core, deep work is undistracted, focused blocks of time dedicated to increasing your intellectual, creative, and emotional capacity in order to create new value in the world.
It’s uncomfortable and sometimes painful, but amazingly effective. It forces you to cut out crutches, like constant phone use, but on the other side of it, you’re more focused, more engaged, more present, and more creative.
