As an Online Business Manager and Productivity Coach, I specialize in helping business owners and their teams sustainably grow the business while enjoying the process more.
I’ll be looking at your sales, marketing, delivery, partnerships, hiring, and operations…but I’ll also be looking at how you feel running your business!
Here’s how the business audit process works:
1) One week before our scheduled time, I’ll send over an intake form for you to complete. Please return it 24 hours before our start time. (Curious what kinds of questions I’ll ask you? Here’s a sample intake form.)
2) We’ll meet for 90 minutes on Zoom to cover all aspects of your business: Productivity, marketing, sales, strategy, systems and processes, etc. This call will be recorded and sent to you.
3) Within 48 hours (M-F working hours) after our call, I’ll send over a custom action plan with next steps.
If I see a way for us to work together on an ongoing basis, I’ll let you know!
Note: You can reschedule with at least 48 hours of notice. If you arrive late to our session, that time will be deducted from your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, our session will be cancelled.
